Welcome to Tabernacle Baptist Church

At Tabernacle (TAB), we believe that every person who walks through our doors is a beloved child of God with purpose, value, and potential.  Whether you are new to the faith, searching for a church home or simply exploring, we welcome you with open minds and hearts.

Here, you'll find a loving family of believers committed to worshiping God, growing in His Word, and serving our community with humility.  We're not perfect, but we serve a perfect Savior who is transforming us in His Name, Image, and Likeness.

Come join us at the TAB and experience the beauty of God's Temple, God's Anointing, and God's Blessing.  Together, we are becoming a church where Christ is exalted, the Word is taught, and lives are forever changed.

Welcome home.

Vision & Mission Statement

Vision:  To be a vibrant, Spirit-filled loving church where tradition meets transformation—reviving faith, empowering youth, and building a bridge between generations for the glory of God.

Mission:  Our mission is to be a living vessel of God’s Spirit—reviving faith, restoring hope, and raising a new generation of believers who walk in power, purpose, and love. We honor our traditions while embracing God’s transforming move, uniting hearts across generations for His glory.

Reconciling Humanity One Soul at a Time

Dear Friend,

It’s not by chance you’re reading this — it’s by divine appointment. We are at a pivotal moment in our nation’s history, and it’s essential that we prepare ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually.

As Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church, I’ve been encouraging our congregation to reflect on the depth of God’s love through the acrostic LOVE. Too often, love is seen only as affection, but God calls us to Agape Love — selfless, sacrificial, and unconditional. This love equips us to live victoriously in an unfair, unjust, and unforgiving world.

Because God is Love (1 John 4:8), He has provided all humanity a lifeline of grace (Jhn 3:16) to overcome generational failure, frustration, fear, and futility. If you are experiencing a sense emptiness, the weight of unforgiveness, or the scars of neglect, the answer is revealed in God’s LOVE. Its power is found in these truths:

L – Life: The genesis of life is rooted in love (Jhn 10:10).

O – Obedience: Yielding to God’s Word, regardless of feelings or expectations of others (Jhn 14:22-24).

V – Victory: Faithfulness to God brings triumph over spiritual opposition and life’s challenges (Jhn 15:10; Rom 8:37).

E – Everlasting: Accepting Christ as Savior opens the door to an eternal relationship with God (Jhn 5:24).

God has given His people the greatest weapon known to humanity: love. As we continue growing as an engaged community church, we are committed to loving the unlovable, forgiving the unforgivable, and serving the whole person.

If you haven’t accepted Christ, experienced church hurt, or are overwhelmed with life, we invite you to visit our Life Class, held every Sunday from 9:30–10:30 a.m… Let’s heal together.

May God bless you and we hope to see you soon!
